3. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping – AUD $5 flat rate on all orders under AUD $100.

Free Shipping – We offer free standard shipping on orders over AUD $100 within Australia.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Processing time: 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Shipping time: 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday)
Total estimated delivery time: Approximately 7–13 business days from date of purchase

Order Cut-Off Time: 3:00 p.m. (AEST)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Australia only.

We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

Some remote or regional areas may experience longer delivery times depending on the carrier network.


6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information or the package is unclaimed, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Maison Melbourne is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

For damaged items, please email us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the packaging and product.

Where confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
